2. Orders & Delivery Charges:

There is no minimum order
Delivery Charges are per item where stated, all items to the UK will be posted via 1st class recorded delivery. Free UK post will be sent via second class delivery with proof of post obtained.

3. Delivery

Any dates specified by the company for delivery of the goods are intended to be an estimate only and time for delivery shall not be made of the essence by notice. If no dates are specified delivery will be within a reasonable time.

4. Defective Goods or Shortages

In the event of defective goods or shortages the company will consider no claim unless you notify the company in writing or via email within 3 days of receipt of the goods. Where a claim is presented outside such time no matter what the reason the customer will be conclusively presumed to have received the goods in correct quantity and good condition. Subject to the above, the goods are defective the company shall at its option repair or replace the goods (or the defective part of them) or credit the price of the goods. Provided that if the Company so requests, you shall at your own expense return the goods or the part of the goods, which is defective to the Company. Any items returned to the Company must be in its original packaging. Due to its Fragility, glassware is uninsured and can only be sent at customer's own risk. No credits can be given on glassware items.

5. Ownership & Risk

The property in the goods shall not pass to the you until the company has received cash or cleared funds Payment in full of the price of the goods and all other sums due to the company from you (which shall include sums due to the company's associates or Subsidiaries or from your associates or subsidiaries.) Until such time the relationship of the parties shall be regulated as follows: - The company shall be entitled to inspect or repossess the goods (or goods to a similar value) by an authorised party and you will allow and procure any necessary access to such party. Risk of loss or damage to goods passes to customer at time of delivery. All goods remain the property of Angels of Nature, until payment is made in full.

6. Payments

Online Payment via :PAYPAL all credit cards & debit cards accepted, If Payment is by cheque, Please allow 7 working days for cheque to clear Please ensure your cheque guarantee number is on the back., Pament by UK Postal orders is accepted.

International customers paypal only NO CHECKS. In the event that an item is out of stock at time of ordering we will notify you via email,
